Where we found our inspo

This renovation transforms a once-muted apartment into a light-filled, elegant residence that balances coastal charm with contemporary precision. Gradoworks reimagined the full interior, focusing on material harmony, clean architectural lines, and subtle moments of contrast.

In the entryway and hallway, sleek built-in cabinetry meets integrated LED accents, creating a gallery-like transition into the main living space. Natural light flows uninterrupted across polished marble-look porcelain flooring, which visually expands the space and reflects the waterfront views beyond.

The living room received a full interior uplift: new wall textures, updated crown moldings, and a curated selection of modern furnishings soften the bold materials with warmth and ease. Custom finishes, reflective surfaces, and sculptural lighting fixtures create a refined, serene environment.
